We place the utmost importance on client confidentiality and are well experienced in working with a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in place. 

 Quality Control 

 We employ a range of strict internal procedures and standards and are ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System certified. Our in-house test and inspection department utilises a range of high quality precision measuring equipment to ensure tolerances and specifications are consistently maintained. 

 Zeppelin manufactures its own range of precision products, so we understand the importance of consistency and maintaining a high level of accuracy, quality and service throughout the manufacturing process. We are able to apply these same high standards for the benefit of our clients. 

 Prototype Development 

 We frequently undertake projects to aid in the development of new models for customers. The high level of precision work offered coupled with quick turnaround times means we are often repeatedly selected as the “go to” company for our existing clients. We have an experienced team to support the design team to aid in the process. 

 Repair Services 

 We are well experienced in undertaking repairs to components that are rejected during installation, use, casting or previous machining. We can offer unique solutions to problems, drawing upon the years of practical experience built up in our team. If it can be done, then rest assured we will find a way. We recognise that sometimes replacing a component is simply not practical or time efficient and it has to be reworked. This is why we will endeavour to bring it back to original factory tolerances coupled with quick turnaround times so as to minimise the disruption to clients.
